Betting Pool Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your participation in any prize-based betting pool (“Betting Pool”) hosted by WagerLab LLC (“Host”). By participating in the Betting Pool, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Betting Pool.
1.1 The Betting Pool is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.1 Participation in the Betting Pool is free and does not require any purchase or payment.
2.2 Participants must register for the Betting Pool using the official entry method provided by the Host. Entry details must be accurate and complete.
2.3 Each participant may enter the Betting Pool once.
3.1 Participants will predict the outcomes of selected games chosen by the Host. Game selections will be communicated by the Host and available in the pool.
4.1 Points will be awarded for each correct prediction. Points will accumulate throughout the Betting Pool.
4.2 A leaderboard will be maintained to display the ranking of participants based on their total points earned. The leaderboard will be updated regularly during the Betting Pool.
5.1 The Betting Pool prizes can consist of gift cards and other rewards.
5.2 Prizes will be awarded to participants based on their final ranking on the leaderboard at the end of the Betting Pool.
5.3 In the event of a tie in the leaderboard, the tied participants will share the prize equally.
6.1 Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. The Host will make reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the Betting Pool’s completion, they may forfeit their prize.
7.1 Winners must accept their prizes as awarded and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified time period.
8.1 By participating in the Betting Pool, participants grant the Host the right to use their name, photograph, and any statements they make in connection with the Betting Pool for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
9.1 The Host reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, attempts to tamper with the Betting Pool, or engages in any fraudulent activity.
10.1 The Host reserves the right to make changes to the Betting Pool, including but not limited to the rules, scoring system, and prizes, at any time without prior notice.
10.2 The Host may terminate the Betting Pool at its discretion, without liability to participants.
11.1 The personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Betting Pool and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes arising from or related to the Betting Pool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.
